This wedding was SUPER last minute and it seemed like we might not get the chance to shoot it but thankfully we did. I am always surprised when a groom contacts us as usually the bride takes the reign on most of the tasks at hand for a wedding. Byron however is not your ordinary guy and that is part of why he’s such a perfect fit for such an amazingly warm and sweet girl like Leila. They originally planned on not having a videographer but ended up going for it a few weeks before their big day. I lucked out and got to have Vinny from Imperial Productions come and work with Rachard and I for this event on the bay in San Diego. They were surrounded by really fun and kind friends and family and made us feel like we were part of the crew. Best of luck to you both!
Really beautiful outdoor wedding in Los Angeles county at the Descanso Gardens. Christy and Cheng had planned this wedding for a long time and dated even longer (a decade!). All culminating to this awesome day where they finally tied the knot amongst family and friends. Really honored to have been able to cover it for them!

Quyen + Philip at the Fairmont, Newport Beach. Awesome day at the Doan house shooting a traditional Tea Ceremony. Their families did a great job decorating and providing a feast for everyone and treated our staff as guests. Really cool getting to work with Michelle from Mele Amore who actually was the planner at my wedding, things really come full circle in life. Congratulations to the beautiful couple!
Thanks as always to my team Rachard Johnson, Erick Rodriguez, and Armando Colunga.

Wow! What a crazy 3 day weekend. It all started a few months ago when I was in San Jose visiting my cousin Amir. I was telling him how someone had just cancelled on us for a wedding in July in San Jose and that I was bummed because I thought I would come up and hang out with him and his wife Mas again. In the most random of circumstances his friend Mike came over and we were introduced and long story short he told me that he was getting married and needed a videographer. The big surprise was when his date was the EXACT date of the girl who had just cancelled (WOW small world).
So he said he would talk to his fiancè Racquel and see what was up. Well they got back to me and we booked everything and it was all set. The crazy part was when they started saying they wanted to do some music videos. I had never done anything like that for a wedding but had done some actual music videos in the past so felt like we could pull it off but was highly concerned about regular non-actor, non-rappers doing acting or music videos. They totally blew me away and played their parts to perfection and the crowd went absolutely nuts when it was all played at the reception.
Great experience overall and was thankful to be a part of it during this 4th of July weekend. My crew of Rachard Johnson and Matt Andrews were amazing also, this was a hard weekend to be away from fam and friends and they still came through and grinded OVERTIME to be able to make it all happen and be seen before the reception was over. Thank you guys!
